While we don't currently offer gift wrapping options, all items will be delicately wrapped in white tissue paper. We can write a note with a personalized message.

Size availability is not guaranteed. Contact us at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com and they will check our warehouse and store inventories.
Once your payment method has been accepted, our warehouse will schedule the shipment. The order will take between 4 and 15 business days to reach you. In case of any delay, we will contact you.
Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects it to ensure the garments are in the best condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com.
If your garment size doesn't fit, please contact us immediately at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com. We only exchange sizes for the same item and if the size is available. The item must be packaged as it arrived, then it will be inspected and once approved, the same garment with the new size will be sent.
No, we only exchange the same product for a different size (subject to prior approval). In that case, you can return your order, which must be returned in the same packaging as it arrived. The package will be inspected and, once approved, you will be given a code with the value of the returned item to make a new purchase.
Refund times depend on each customer's bank. Generally, the bank takes up to 15 business days to refund your order.
No, all requests must be sent to stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com or they will not be considered. Our Customer Service Agent is ready to assist you with anything you need, but you must contact them through this channel and not through another source within the company. Any online order will be answered online by our Customer Service Agent.
