CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
After placing an order, you cannot modify it yourself and must contact us at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com. Our customer service agent will be happy to try to fulfill your request. Please note that once an order is in the shipping stage, it cannot be modified.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT AN ITEM IS MISSING / IT'S THE WRONG SIZE?
If you received the wrong size or are missing an item, please contact us at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com. If there is a case where we cannot fulfill all items in your order, you will be notified before our warehouse ships the available items.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we don't currently offer gift wrapping options, all items will be delicately wrapped in white tissue paper. We can write a note with a personalized message.
CAN I CHOOSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE STORE?
We are not currently offering this service. We will notify you via our newsletter once it is available.
THE ITEM/SIZE I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK.
Size availability is not guaranteed. Contact us at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com and they will check our warehouse and store inventories.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your payment method has been accepted, our warehouse will schedule the shipment. The order will take between 4 and 15 business days to reach you. In case of any delay, we will contact you.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects it to ensure the garments are in the best condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com.
THE SIZE I ORDERED DOESN'T FIT. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your garment size doesn't fit, please contact us immediately at stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com. We only exchange sizes for the same item and if the size is available. The item must be packaged as it arrived, then it will be inspected and once approved, the same garment with the new size will be sent.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER FOR A NEW ONE?
No, we only exchange the same product for a different size (subject to prior approval). In that case, you can return your order, which must be returned in the same packaging as it arrived. The package will be inspected and, once approved, you will be given a code with the value of the returned item to make a new purchase.
I REQUESTED A REFUND. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Refund times depend on each customer's bank. Generally, the bank takes up to 15 business days to refund your order.
CAN I CONTACT SOMEONE I KNOW AT THE COMPANY FOR A FASTER RETURN OR DELIVERY?
No, all requests must be sent to stores.services@beatrizcamacho.com or they will not be considered. Our Customer Service Agent is ready to assist you with anything you need, but you must contact them through this channel and not through another source within the company. Any online order will be answered online by our Customer Service Agent.

If you forgot your password, select the "My Account" option on our website and then choose "Forgot my password". This will prompt you to enter your email address, and we will send you a link to recover your password.
